Purchased an Escalade in January of 2022 with over 15,000 miles on it for nearly $20k over MSRP. My family needed a car as we just had a baby and I knew the car market was crazy because of chip shortages, s miles on it for nearly $20k over MSRP. My family needed a car as we just had a baby and I knew the car market was crazy because of chip shortages, supply chain, etc. I didn't really haggle, and also traded in a car that they were able to sell for over MSRP. 10 months later I reached out to my sales guy, Patrick, as we no longer needed the vehicle and had mainly had it parked in the garage. When I emailed Patrick, he responded via email with: "After taking a look at the current market we would be willing to pay $91,000 for your Escalade. Please let me know what your thoughts are as we would love to purchase it." I was able to take the vehicle in a week or two later, and he said one manager was out, that they wanted to buy it, and that when the second manager was there to provide a second opinion he would call me to let me know. It was pretty dismissive and obvious that he was not going to get back with me. It was a "don't call us, we will call you" sort of thing. That did end up happening which was unlike him because he was super communicative when it came to selling a car and taking my money, but apparently that stops when the situation isn't self serving. After following up a couple of times, he said he was sorry, he was on vacation (didn't mention this at all when I was there and he said he would contact me tomorrow), and that they wanted to buy our car. I responded back trying to get the process going...and he went silent again and I'm moving on. The service and experience will be great when they can gouge you on price, low ball you on your trade, and take your money, but as soon as you need something outside of that, good luck! I would not recommend this dealer and would suggest going elsewhere. More

When I arrived I was greeted outside and treated in a very nice manner an rescorted inside the service arrea. I was only there for an oil change but he advised me of a couple of other options I might consider and I took him up on one. Shaun was very helpful and professional, gave me an estimated time frame to have the work done and hit it right on the button. I'm very happy and wouldn'd go any where else. Love having the car washed !!! More
