Excellent Customer Service ! I recently took my Cadillac into Dimmitt and had excellent Customer Service. My service advisor was Patricia Jones. My car had been coated with some kind of paint that a truck in front of me had spilled. Patricia Jones took control and made sure that the Detail Department did everything to make it look as good as new. I was given a loaner to drive while my car was in service. She is very professional and made me feel very calm during what could have been a very trying experience. She is an asset to Dimmitt. I will continue to utilize Dimmitt for all of the servicing of my Cadillac. More

Both my service advisor Sara Cribbs and service manager Sean Stoger took the time to explain and show me how to properly use specific operations for the proper daily operation of my vehicle. The other issues I had also brought the car in for were properly addressed and repaired in a timely manner. I own a 2008 Saab and this is one of the few places that actually has certified Saab staff and can handle the challenges of supporting a vehicle that is no longer manufactured. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional. Everything went smoothly from making the appointment online through the entire service experience. Patricia Jones was great to work with including her timely follow-up on tracking down needed parts. Dimmitt is a 45-50 minute drive, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for the great service!
