The ones it didn't have, Justin saw to it that they were installed and we were driving it home a day later. They are all great people there and treated us with total respect that is lacking at many other dealerships. We will do business with them again. More

If I had any idea that an automotive dealership would treat us this well just servicing our car, we would have both been driving Cadillac's long ago! My husband and I visited practically every dealership in Pinellas County and a few in Tampa and none compared to Dimmitt Land Rover. Althea Morgan was our sales expert and was able to answer every question we had or was able to find out in a matter of minutes. She was personable and kind and was able to take care of our needs without pressuring us. In fact we drove the car on Tuesday and didn't return to the lot to buy until Saturday. Everyone in the Land Rover family was amazing. Paul Livernois, the manager, is extremely professional and very good at his job. We also had a great experience with the finance professional, Glen Roberts. You can't go wrong with this dealership and any of its staff. They are well trained and very professional. More

They worked together and made us an offer we could not pass up. They bent over backwards to make my kids comfortable while I signed papers. I purchased a new Cadillac CTS four years ago and have become familiar with DIMMITT Cadillac service department since that time. I have never had to return for a second attempt to again fix something that was done previously. If the service required lasts for more than a few hours, a rental car is offered so that I am not inconvenienced for the day. From the person who greets you with your work order to the billing office, everyone is most cordial and professional. I have also had reason to deal with the personnel at the body shop and that was also a positive experience. Most of the service on my car has been "under warranty", but I feel that I will be treated most fairly at future service visits. These facts are the main reasons that I will most seriously consider purchasing another Cadillac from Dimmitt. More

I was in the market for a gently used CTS/STS with all the bells and whistles and I met with Jim Smith. Jim would keep me posted and would call me as soon as he would get a vehicle that fit what I was looking for. Diligent, courteous, non pressure and professional is what you'll get when you visit this dealership.
