Horrible customer support from service department This was the third time repair for the same issue, still not repaired. I'm forced to contact GM for a remedy. Service manager "John McCrudy" was unprofessional and very condescending when I attempted to address my concerns with him, he continually talked over me. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received! More
