Both my service advisor Sara Cribbs and service manager Sean Stoger took the time to explain and show me how to properly use specific operations for the proper daily operation of my vehicle. The other issues I had also brought the car in for were properly addressed and repaired in a timely manner. I own a 2008 Saab and this is one of the few places that actually has certified Saab staff and can handle the challenges of supporting a vehicle that is no longer manufactured. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional. Everything went smoothly from making the appointment online through the entire service experience. Patricia Jones was great to work with including her timely follow-up on tracking down needed parts. Dimmitt is a 45-50 minute drive, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for the great service! I've serviced three different Cadillac's with them even if I didn't buy some of the vehicles from Dimmitt, service has been excellent. This last time I brought my Escalade in for an unexpected emergency my service representative Sara Cribbs took me in the same day gave me a loaner and got my Escalade back the next day with no down time in my busy schedule.
