When we arrived the salesman greeted us and invited us to test drive the vehicle that we had been looking at (2015 Ats 2.0 turbo 2 door)....so Neil and I took the test drive and when we came back, salesman Ian Harrison pretty much took us under his wing and courteously offered us , while we were waiting for the process of financing to begin, to enjoy a cup of coffee or Tea. Our entire experience may have taken under 3hrs.and to us this is praiseworthy. We left with our certified pre-owned Cadillac a fantastic finance package and smiles on our faces....we have purchased our last three vehicles from Dimmitt chev....so we expected a certain experience.....we will recommend Dimmitt to all of our friends and family because you truly are wonderful!
