True Integrity Last April, I brought my car in for an HVAC issue. The diagnosis and remedy were handled in short order and I paid only a one hour service charge. This week I brought the car in again for what seemed like the same problem. Patricia Jones evaluated the tech's findings and determined that the current situation was indeed the same problem, should have been more fully diagnosed last April and corrected then. She did not charge me the one hour labor charge for this second occurrence. That's not only a correction of a past, forgivable error, but demonstrates a level of integrity that sets Dimmitt apart from other auto service people I've encountered. Much appreciated. I would recommend any to take their vehicle to their facility if they want honest people making the diagnosis and speaking to you.
