The sale rep that went on the test drive with me called the BMW X3 a Mercedes the entire time and couldn’t answer any questions about the car and kept referring me to the ex Mercedes sales rep. We popped t the BMW X3 a Mercedes the entire time and couldn’t answer any questions about the car and kept referring me to the ex Mercedes sales rep. We popped the hood and saw a big leak coming from the coolant reservoir and come to find out they put windshield wiper fluid in where the coolant goes. The sales rep kept arguing with us that that’s what where it goes until the sales manager came out looked at it then ended all conversation and told us to have a nice day when he realized we were right and they put the wrong fluid in the wrong place. We will not be going back to this dealership and strongly urge other to steer clear as well. They were too pushy just to make a sale and making silly mistakes. More
