They care about you over the sale! So this was my second car purchase with dimmitt over the last year. I was looking for just the right ATS and it came available. I had a little problem So this was my second car purchase with dimmitt over the last year. I was looking for just the right ATS and it came available. I had a little problem though. I was going through a refinancing of my house so I was not able purchase the car right then. Of course my sales consultant Richard Smyth was awesome, as he helped me throughout the entire process, but the entire sales management team was unreal! We put a few dollars down on the car and they held it till the refinance went through! BTW the refinance that was supposed to take a week took another month to close. I stayed in contact with Richard,but there was never any pressure on when we were going to finalize the deal or have them sell the car to someone else. We even referred a friend to them and they got their car befor I got mine! We as consumers have lots of choices when buying products. That's a great thing and can be a stressful one as well. I can tell you that working with Richard, Steve and the rest of team at Dimmitt Cadillac for next purchase will be one that you consider a great experience. F Pipolo More

After visiting 2 other dealers over the last few weeks I was expecting more hardball, this John C was the most patient and accommodating sale person. After visiting 2 other dealers over the last few weeks I was expecting more hardball, this was not the case. I came in for a used demo and left with a brand new car in a few hours. He never once tried to sell me something I didn't ask for, he let me quide the buying experience. I would buy from Dimmitt again without a doubt.
