Now, seven years later, I decided to give the paint a "deep detail" to restore its original depth and lustre. After conferring with the body shop, Patricia Jones quoted $199 to do the work, which I gladly accepted, expecting to pay even more. I figured the job was too small to get much attention from either the service dept. or the shop. However, Patricia explained in detail how the job would be done; that is, it was going to be a four-step process -- wash, acid bath, clay rub-out, and Barkley wax finish. She showed me the areas of concern that they would give special attention to, and those small areas that I could expect improvement on, but would probably not come up to the same level of renewal as the body generally. I was given a loaner car and told to expect the finished job by the end of the day -- at least four or five hours. When I returned, someone should have had a camera to record the big smile on my face. My car, Big Red, was gleaming, like new. We walked around and examined every detail of the work that had been done. I was very pleased. As a bonus, they complied with a request I had made about checking out the moon roof. It wasn't closing properly, allowing water to enter the passenger's compartment during a car wash. They fixed the problem and didn't charge me a cent. About my total cost? They charged me $30 less than originally quoted. Thanks Patricia, thanks Mike and Harry for an outstanding piece of work. I don't believe I could have gotten the same high quality care and service elsewhere, so quickly and with such meticulous attention. More

On my last visit repairs came is less than estimated and two recall issues that I was unaware of were brought to my attention and repaired. Always professional, polite and easy. More

I felt completely unappreciated at a different Land Rover dealership Who never even followed up even though we had a set a calander reminder for my apt. Dimmitt also came in $200 a month less for a 2017 vs 2016 that the other dealership was trying to sell me. Filippo went over everything I was looking for and made the experience so easy !!! I had chosen a vehicle but had to go back to work. He got all the paperwork ready, car detailed, and everything was waiting when I returned. I didn't have to sit there for hours. He sat in my vehicle with me and went over every single feature of the car!! They even delivered my other car back to me so I could turn it in since the lease was up. I can't say enough about him and my experience. I will never shop anywhere else for a car. They have earned my business for a lifetime!!! I love my 2017 Range Rover Sport!! More
