Kevin Hamby, my service advisor was very thorough in writing up my car's needs for the day and a very good listener when responding to my issues. During the course of the appointment, he came to the very accommodating customer lounge and updated me on issues addressed and those outstanding. Again, at the conclusion of the appointment he came back to the lounge to notify us. In reviewing the worksheet, detailed explanations were given to support the work of the technicians. I could not have been more pleased knowing that all my concerns were addressed and that confidence was reinforced in the days that followed. More

Great Work, Delighted with my Cost I own a 2007 Cadillac DTS that I bought from Dimmitt when it was 3 years old. I've always babied it. Now, seven years later, I decided to give the p I own a 2007 Cadillac DTS that I bought from Dimmitt when it was 3 years old. I've always babied it. Now, seven years later, I decided to give the paint a "deep detail" to restore its original depth and lustre. After conferring with the body shop, Patricia Jones quoted $199 to do the work, which I gladly accepted, expecting to pay even more. I figured the job was too small to get much attention from either the service dept. or the shop. However, Patricia explained in detail how the job would be done; that is, it was going to be a four-step process -- wash, acid bath, clay rub-out, and Barkley wax finish. She showed me the areas of concern that they would give special attention to, and those small areas that I could expect improvement on, but would probably not come up to the same level of renewal as the body generally. I was given a loaner car and told to expect the finished job by the end of the day -- at least four or five hours. When I returned, someone should have had a camera to record the big smile on my face. My car, Big Red, was gleaming, like new. We walked around and examined every detail of the work that had been done. I was very pleased. As a bonus, they complied with a request I had made about checking out the moon roof. It wasn't closing properly, allowing water to enter the passenger's compartment during a car wash. They fixed the problem and didn't charge me a cent. About my total cost? They charged me $30 less than originally quoted. Thanks Patricia, thanks Mike and Harry for an outstanding piece of work. I don't believe I could have gotten the same high quality care and service elsewhere, so quickly and with such meticulous attention. More
