Excellent Customer Service I contacted Dimmitt Cadillac for warranty service on my car. I was put in contact with Kevin Hamby, who is the service advisor who assisted me. Once I I contacted Dimmitt Cadillac for warranty service on my car. I was put in contact with Kevin Hamby, who is the service advisor who assisted me. Once I explained the issue I was having with my car, he set me up for a service visit. He made sure the parts needed for the repair were in stock prior to my visit. The bottom line my vehicle was professionally repaired, and I got excellent customer service from Kevin. My salesman Allan Supplee also saw my wife and I in the service department and showed true interest and made our visit pleasant. I highly recommend Dimmitt Cadillac sales and service. More

She knows her Cadillac's , knows the warranty info, knows - literally everything. I would be surprised if she didn't know the answer to a question. She has actually turned me into a loyal Cadillac buyer because of her exceptional service. (Plus my car is awesome too!). I know that Patricia is the person that we see and that there are many behind the scenes to make it all happen, but they always make the process easy and seemless. More

Mark Robinson is the "Favorite Neighbor" disguised as a car sales man. Easy going relaxed and responsive. Finance process and the close were smooth and low pressure too. Just pick out your car, push a little on the price (Good luck with that.. LOL!), and let Dimmitt do the rest. They will deliver the car to you clean and fast. No issues with the process, and the experience was satisfying, (just hope I do not have to buy a car again for awhile) If you want a car, and Dimmitt has something that you like, then you will not be sorry.
