He was so good I went back and just purchased a 2015 pre-owned SRX for my wife. My wife and I are tough customers to please and neither of us had a complaint. John was knowledgeable and he showed a lot of patience as explaining all the features in a Cadillac to non-tech experts can be a challenge. I will return to John and Dimmitt when I upgrade my 2013. First service experience with my Range Roverwas very good Dealership new to me, unfortunately long distance from south St Petersburg, East of Skyline Bridge, so I had considered a local mechanic 5 minutes awa Dealership new to me, unfortunately long distance from south St Petersburg, East of Skyline Bridge, so I had considered a local mechanic 5 minutes away. But because of "specialty car" and lack of an owners manual I went to Dimmitt in the hope they would also give me instruction about how to operate certain features of the car. Since I had heard that RR are expensive to maintain, and the clean and beautiful service building looks very posh, I was afraid that this would express itself in the cost of maintenance. I wanted a good examination of the car to make sure the condition was reliable and past maintenance up to par. I was surprised to see that from the get go , there was no "up-selling" rather the opposite. Testdrive, wheel rotation and fixing a plugged rear window sprinkler, checking oils, filters, functionality plus all four break calipers and rotors and full detailing came out exactly at as estimated which was below my budget.......so I was very happy. The only that I could not get a good explanation from either service or sales department is the GPS/Automation system. I was under the impression that, after pairing with my I-Phone hands free dialing using wheel control or voice control would be possible; That could not be demonstrated;. I have seen a lot of CarFax reports indicating GPS computer reprogramming in 2014, Since the car came without the manual I cannot check it myself...so have to wait until it arrives in the mail. More

Excellent customer service I brought my DTS in for some cosmetic work (3rd brake light replacement, center wheel cap and retainers). Bill was my service consultant. He was up front and personable in addition to very knowledgeable. Parts had to be ordered and he kept me up to date as to time of delivery of which I was pleased and thankful. Kevin Hamby, my service advisor was very thorough in writing up my car's needs for the day and a very good listener when responding to my issues. During the course of the appointment, he came to the very accommodating customer lounge and updated me on issues addressed and those outstanding. Again, at the conclusion of the appointment he came back to the lounge to notify us. In reviewing the worksheet, detailed explanations were given to support the work of the technicians. I could not have been more pleased knowing that all my concerns were addressed and that confidence was reinforced in the days that followed. More
