For the luxury of this vehicle, we truly would have expected to pay more, but are happy that we did not have to exceed our budget. Justin is an amazing sales manager, and Mark Robinson has been outstanding in his customer service. He knows the product that he is selling inside and out. What a pleasure to deal with someone that truly believes in his product and seems pleased to provide a great product to customers. I met with my advisor Bill Kegan who checked for recalls, which there were none. I was waiting for my car so Bill offered me refreshments and directed me to the comfortable and beautiful lounge. When service was complete Bill found me in the lounge,explained that all was ok and he took me to my car which had been washed and sparkled like new. More

To be more specific, Shaun Stoger who is in charge of Aspire, ALWAYS comes thru whenever I need any paint or vehicle modifications done to the Cadillac ATS-V I currently own or to 2 other Cadillacs I've purchased in the past from you dealership... a 2011 CTS Coupe and a 2014 ELR...not to mention a 2001 Jaguar XKR convertible and a 2016 Corvette Stingray convertible I also own! A great person to work with with great suggestions of his own that have always enhanced my ideas to make a change to the vehicle look or perform that much better!!! Sal C. More
