Bill Kegan is the best! I was coming up on my oil change under premium care, and with a couple hundred miles to go my CUE screen cracked from the inside, likely due to the ex I was coming up on my oil change under premium care, and with a couple hundred miles to go my CUE screen cracked from the inside, likely due to the extreme heat combined with a rainstorm that rapidly changed the car temperature. Bill brought me in immediately, a little ahead of schedule, and took care of everything. Bill and his team take great care of my car and treat me like I'm the only customer in the building. Great Service Everyone is great, Had an issue with CUE screen and was replaced (because it is Cadillac certified - thank god). They are trying hard to find the rat Everyone is great, Had an issue with CUE screen and was replaced (because it is Cadillac certified - thank god). They are trying hard to find the rattle that is driving me crazy but willing to do whatever is needed. What kept it from getting 5 stars is the car wash they gave it. Seems petty (and is as I do my own detailing with professional products) but it cam back dirtier than when I brought it in! Honestly would have been better off not washing it because it does not represent how great the service is at this location. More
