I recently took my XTS in for service, Kevin was my service guy and was very friendly and helpful. I was extremely glad to see the increase of cultural diversity among employees at Dimmitt as well. need some improvements My husband dropped off my SRX for a cracked/spider webbed CUE screen. He verified my cell number with Keven Hamby. Apparently someone tried to contact My husband dropped off my SRX for a cracked/spider webbed CUE screen. He verified my cell number with Keven Hamby. Apparently someone tried to contact me at an old home phone number which has been inactive since 2015. They then tried to reach me at an old email that is rarely used. When I tried to call the person that sent the email, I got his voicemail and have never received a return call from that person. I called the service department to confirm that my car was ready to pick up and Service did not answer. Finally got confirmation that my car was ready and upon picking up the car, several items were in the front floorboard and on the passenger seat. These were things like my sunglasses, mints, a pen and my sun shield. I guess they had to move these things to do the repair to CUE screen. Before I could enter my car, I had to fold up the sun shield and move the other things out of the seat. I guess they could not figure out how to fold the sunscreen. This was the first time my vehicle had been into the shop for any repair. I will certainly use Dimmitt again if I need service but you would think they would have taken the time to put things back that they moved. More
