Great service and quality repairs. I was very pleased with my experience at Dimmitt Cadillac. I had the headlamps replaced on my CTS and the work was completed in a timely manner. They assure that your experience is noteworthy and satisfying. It was. The sales representative, Matt Mayers, was outstanding. He exerted no pressure, listened attentively to what we wanted and came up with some recommendations. At no time did we feel that he was "pushing" a particular solution for our needs. Our plan was to consider the XTS Cadillac then go to another non-Cadillac dealer to consider another type of car. Once we saw what Matt was offering we were hooked. After we agreed on price, etc. he made the rest (know your vehicle) easy. I couldn't be happier with this car or how we were treated. Strong recommend to visit this dealer and look up Matt.
