Helpful and honest. We were looking for a used vehicle on line and found what we needed at Dimmitt Cadillac. My wife went in while I was at work and Rudy Munter helped he We were looking for a used vehicle on line and found what we needed at Dimmitt Cadillac. My wife went in while I was at work and Rudy Munter helped her decide between 2 different choices, letting her drive both and test the features that were important to us. Helped her with finance information. When I got home later we went back to the dealer and Rudy was very respectful and not hurried allowing us time to make our decision. Not the experience we usually have in a car dealer. I asked if he would sell this car to his mother , he said of course and he explained Dimmitt will not put a car on the lot that one of the Dimmitt Family wouldn't feel save in themselves. More

I hate how long it takes and the pressure to buy. *But* we had a fantastic experience at this dealership. He didn't pressure us in any way. He was very patient in answering any questions we had. He was pleasant to work with. The price was fair and comparable to other places. The process was pretty quick compared to other experiences I have had other places. Not to mention the coffee station, was an amazing touch! I liked my experience so much, I may take the hike to Clearwater for my service needs. I feel like I could trust them to work on my vehicle and not overcharge me. I normally avoid servicing at the dealer for those things. More
