I dropped off the car and he had a car waiting for me to take me to the airport. He kept me updated on the process and checking on when I was coming back to ensure I get to the dealership. This is service. Also I live in Sarasota and I prefer to use them which tells you something. More

He had the car brought around to the front of the dealership and he showed us all the features and immediately we knew this was the car. 1st experience I brought my 2014 SRX to Dimmitt Cadillac because of what I thought was a transmission problem,when I pulled up to the service department I had my c I brought my 2014 SRX to Dimmitt Cadillac because of what I thought was a transmission problem,when I pulled up to the service department I had my car door opened for me by a very nice young man and asked what can we do for you sir. He directed me to the service desk where I was greeted by service advisor Kevin Hamby. I told Kevin what I thought the problem was he suggested that we have the shop foreman take me for a ride in my car so he can experience the the same symptoms that I was. We were not even out of the parking lot and the shop foreman who I forgot his name had the problem diagnosed. He told me front wheel bearing and hub. When we got back to the dealership Kevin told me that all the parts were in stock and my car will be ready by late afternoon. 3pm Kevin called me and told me the car was ready.When I picked up my car Kevin had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and he walked me out to the car asked if there was anything else he could do for me today,my car was cleaned and ready to go.What a wonderful experience I received from Kevin and the Dimmit Cadillac team. I will be back. More
