During my lifetime I have purchased 51 new cars from dealers in several different states. Some of the dealers were what most people expect and many others a little more professional. I can honestly say Dimmit Cadillac of Clearwater stood out far above any of the dealers I ever dealt with. No dealer prior to my experience with Dimmit ever came close, not even the one in 2nd place. Their showroom is immaculate, floors 100% clean and shiny. All Desks arranged in a manner to provide maximum privacy and uncluttered. Refreshments were available for the guests and a place was provided for toddlers with toys and entertainment. The major thing that sets this dealer apart from all the rest is their policies and their handling of the guests. Coming through the door you are greeted and escorted to the desk of your salesman. Introductions follow. I was first introduced to my Sales associate, Ted Marks. He was very pleasant and asked what we were there for. He then introduced to his manager, Marc Lewkowicz. He was a super fine gentleman and we engaged in a very pleasant conversation while Ted prepared paperwork for my new Escalade. Next Ted took us out to check out the new vehicle and gave us a preliminary run down of the improvements made from my last Escalade. This being my 5th Escalade was unlike any previous ones. In just a few years the technology changed tremendously. Apparently I had a lot to learn. After viewing the vehicle I was escorted in to their closing department to prepare the transfer of registration, License and title. I was amazed at the Lady, (sorry I don't remember her name) how nice she was and how easy it was to complete the paper work, all by electronically signing on a tablet. She prepared all necessary documents and gave me a copy and it only took approximately 10 minutes. Next, Ted and Marc took us out for the delivery and went over and over the changes as I was slow to grasp some of the advanced electronics but they never hurried me and carefully explained all my questions. Ted and Marc were two of the finest gentlemen you ever would like to meet. The dealership policy was to follow-up after the sale and Ted called me the next day and two days after to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and the service. I replied I was, and he told to call any time I had a question and he would give or get me an answer. He then explained to me it is also their policy the if I have any questions 2 or 3 weeks after the sale or anytime I should come back if I wanted or even a month later I would be invited to have another delivery to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. As I said earlier, this was the very best buying experience out of 51 new car deliveries I have ever had. I would Highly Recommend Dimmit Cadillac of Clearwater to anyone that expects quality when considering purchasing a vehicle. I am not a VIP, but I sure was treated like one. More

We were pleasantly welcomed to the dealership by Jeff, Jack and Bruce. Jeff was knowledgeable and explained what is included in an oil change. My rep, Sheila Lytle, did a great job completing the service needs for my car. This included a software update, oil change, HUD fix and completing a past repair that was not finished. She went beyond th service needs for my car. This included a software update, oil change, HUD fix and completing a past repair that was not finished. She went beyond the norm to complete a bumper repair that originally would go to the body shop for a major cost but was able to repair at the detail area in the dealership in one day that fully was completed.
