My wife and I could not be happier with our Dimitt Automotive Group experience. Why? My wife was shopping online for a car. She found the color, model, and price point. Unfortunately, the vehicle was at another dealership. Now of course we could purchase the vehicle from the other dealership. Unfortunately, for the other dealership Dimitt Automotive Group’s reputation was the deciding factor. Mr. Joe Ryndeck and Ms. Wendy Almberg facilitated a seamless process that involved the following: First, we are snowbirds, Florida six months and Wisconsin six months. Second, Joe orchestrated the vehicle trade with the other dealer. Third, Joe put us in contact with Wendy. She facilitated the processing of the paperwork via Zoom and Gmail. Fourth, Joe was willing to pick us up from Tampa International Airport. Then the final piece of the puzzle and the most impressive part of this whole experience is this; this all took place within a five-day window. We flew to Tampa and drove my wife’s new Cadillac back to Wisconsin within five days. Why would anyone think twice about purchasing their vehicle for the ultimate driving experience from any other Dealership Group. More

My service representative of choice, Patricia Jones, has always provided excellent service. She's very understanding and keeps me apprised of service status. My experience with Dimmit's service department was exceptional. Robert Gordon provided outstanding assistance when I faced a sudden battery issue at 4 pm on a Friday. He promptly arranged for a tow truck to jump-start my vehicle, allowing me to drive my car to the dealership for service before 6:30 pm. Upon arrival, Robert had a rental vehicle ready and ensured that I was not left without transportation over the weekend. This level of service is exemplary/ First class! I've been a Land Rover customer since 2012, and if a six-star rating were available, Robert Gordon at Dimmit Land Rover would certainly receive it! More

This trip also required a steering adjustment Jacob explained the issue what was needed for parts, the time involved to correct the issue and provided a courtesy vehicle while my car was being repaired. Jacob is a great guy to deal with and Dimmit Cadillac was perfect. Completely satisfied with the service. More
