Recently while on vacation in Florida, I received a change oil warning. This was my very first oil change on this vehicle. Being out of State, of course I wanted to have service from a reputable deale change oil warning. This was my very first oil change on this vehicle. As busy as Kenneth Scott was when I emergently walked in on Saturday, 3/4/2023 with my engine light own. He kindly welcomed me and advised he would be with me soon being the only one working and noted he ha on Saturday, 3/4/2023 with my engine light own. He got back to me in a very timely manner and told me how long I would be. I was truly grateful that Kenneth took care of the service my car needed and did not deny me because I was in route to returning to my now home Augusta, GA when that engine light appeared. I am grateful for Kenneth Scott's professionalism while working under stress when I presented him with an unscheduled service when he was already knee deep.
