I live right by Dillon's Auto North and I came in with my wife to check out used cars. We were immediately helped by a guy named Chad Engel and was easily the best experience we ever had at any auto with my wife to check out used cars. Chad was laid back, knowledgeable, and the vehicles are nice (test drove 2012 Nissan 4D and Coupe along with a Malibu). The prices are competitive and I did had trouble immediately locating a better deal. While we didn't end up buying anything that day, we will certainly be recommending our friends to Dillon Auto North / Chad, and they will always get first crack at our business. Truly excellent service, no one else has come close. More

I have nothing but good to say about the north locations - but this time around I went to the south location and traded towards a 2004 porsche cheyenne s - my vehicle and 8 grand cash - total of 18000 deal - but this time around I went to the south location and traded towards a 2004 porsche cheyenne s - my vehicle and 8 grand cash - total of 18000 deal - I drove the porsche for less than 20 days and less than 200 miles and the coolant pipes went out and had to be replaced to the tune of 1230.00 -- I called Jeremy the owner - manager of the south location and he assured be (to begin with ) that he would not leave me hanging and would get things fixed -- next thing I know I had a loaner car and my porsche was in the shop at the super store location -- the problem of coolant pipes was a known problem = and I even asked troy the sales men who dealt with me earlier on about if the pipes had been replaced but the question never got answered and of course conversation for the deal led away from asking it again - in the back of my mind I was thinking that the porsche had 80000 miles on it so those pipes must have been replaced -- so thats on me - but when I was told by jeremy that the porsche was going to cost me 1400 bucks and I hadn't even had it 30 days -- I was kind of freaked - and I asked him if he would at least go halves on labor to fix it - which would have turned out to be 300 bucks - but he just said NO -- and the day before I picked the porsche up I called again to jeremy and asked about another vehicle he had on the lot and doing a deal and he said he would get back to me ---------- which he never did -- when I picked up my vehicle from the super store at the north location - Mike the service manager was really a decent fellow to deal with -- I think in futher I will deal with only the locations as it seems to me that this jeremy fellow talks a lot of smack and his face just kind of hangs out with not much interest in being a decent good person to deal with. He showed me he is quite willing to tell you what you want to hear with NO follow up. More

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Dillon dealer ships and have had very good results on all of them. I purchased used vehicles each time and I did get the model I wanted. Keep in mind that used vehicles ar have had very good results on all of them. I purchased used vehicles each time and I did get the model I wanted. Keep in mind that used vehicles are not new and some do have problems that the very best inspection does not find. Always allow this when dealing. I do not believe everything I hear but I do inspect my choice and by all means get a CarFAX. This is not the tell all but does make a good start. If looking for a used vehicle your first choice should be a warranted machine that has factory extended warranty. ( program cars, brass hat or what ever they call them.) I believe your best buy is a 2 year old, w/warranty. Remember you get what you pay for. Do not be affraid to ask the General manager if you can have the car inspected by an independent mechanic at your expence. Take the sales person with you on the inspection. Spending $100.00 at that time may save everyone a big head ache. The dealer wants you to be happy and he wants you back for the next purchase. I may not buy my next vehicle from Dillon but I will shop there. Happy hunting ! Jerry C. More
