Knowingly sold a car needing a new engine Bought a car after being reassured that it went through a very through check in the service department before being put on the floor. The night we got it home discovered that it needed a new engine. Their service dept. took it for 2 weeks, never ran the needed tests and denied anything major was wrong. Took it to a real dealer and they diagnosed multiple issues in an hour. Took it back to Dillon's said they wouldn't take it back but would repair it. This went on for 3 months. Had a lawyer write up a repair contract and they would never call him back. We purchased the extended warranty to find out the repair would have been denied because the car was abused by the prior owner. The car came from Canada (most of theirs do) The undercarriage was covered in rust. The Carfax was clear because it hadn't been serviced in the US but the North American report showed that the car never had an oil change. Dillon's only shared the Carfax and we wouldn't have known to ask for anything else. Also something they don't disclose is that when the car comes from Canada, the factory warranty is void and a Canadian car has little to no resale here in the US. Long story short, we had to unload the car with the only miles driven on it was going back and forth to Dillon's at a loss of $11,000 out of pocket from what we bought it to the highest we could get offered for it. They purchased the cars from Canada and sell them at US prices when they aren't worth that. They sell cars with problems in hope you come to the service department which is incompetent and lazy. Their "master" mechanic is a joke. Any way they can make money off the customer they attempt. Now my family is out our savings, our kids Christmas and our summer vacation next year. They have mastered making the sales experience very laid back and easy which is what gets you. Steve would never return a call from our lawyer and Jason refused to work with us to find a solution. It's the worst experience I have ever had buying anything! I don't know how these people can sleep at night or even look at themselves in the mirror knowing what they are doing to families. Their cars look beautiful on the outside but don't be fooled! Just head down the street to a reputable dealer that actually has morals, is ethical and honest. More

I waited because I had already made the hour drive to see this car and boy do I wish I hadn't! This psychopath proceeded to scream at the top of her lungs obscenities and incredibly inappropriate in any setting derogatory words at me. I asked to speak to her manager about her behavior, his response was " It happens". No, no it does not happen. I have never in my life treated a person like that especially not a customer and defiantly not when they did nothing to elicit that type of behavior. I wouldn't trust these nut cases as far as I could throw them. More

He returns calls and text promptly, even taking calls on his day off. He let me take the car to a dealer for a thorough mechanical inspection, which it passed with flying colors. Negotiations and paperwork were quick and straightforward with no upselling. Jim helped me remove the plates from my car and filled the tank of my new car before I left. I forgot my garage door opener in the old car and he mailed that to me the next day. I'm thrilled with my new car. It was a real pleasure doing business with Jim. Thanks. More

I spoke to Allen Gill and coincidentally found out he was driving to Colorado for a vacation that evening. Their price was more than fair and Allen delivered the vehicle to me in Colorado for Free! Friendly and easy to work with. No upcharging or mysterious fees. Highly recommend! More

Poor, thousands of dollars in repairs needed in first month. I purchased a used auto that I was told was inspected for mechanical and safety issues. A case in point I asked the salesman about a knocking and rattling sound in the rear suspension when driving over uneven pavement. He said since it was a sports car that I would hear more road noises. It turns out the rear suspension needs 2000.00 dollars in repairs. In addition to that the air filter was as dirty as I have ever seen and in bad need of plugs and coils. Within in the next year , the convertible top will need to be replaced. When you buy a used car , you don't expect perfection. This is the worst buying experience I have ever had. I believe I was mislead, overcharged, and just simply taken advantage of. Beware of this dealer and good luck. More
