Used car says. We found a vehicle on Auto Trader talked with Mr Wolfe. We traveled 4 plus hours one way to get passed off to Brad. When we first introduced our sel We found a vehicle on Auto Trader talked with Mr Wolfe. We traveled 4 plus hours one way to get passed off to Brad. When we first introduced our selves Brad never asked my name , shook my hand or never acknowledged me or my questions the entire time. However very attentive to my husband and son, the vehicle is for myself. He had subpar knowledge of the vehicle. He even commented that he has to take test on each vehicle and still was unable to answer basic questions. When we discussed the pricing, Mr. Diffee came to us and explained a few items and agree to fill the car with fuel and wet sand a fix a few paint dings. Which was unexpected treat to get to meet and talk with one of the owners. Thank you. We agreeed to purchase the car and was moved to financial department. There was 3 of us so you would think you would get 3 chairs in the office. I even commented about getting another chair, Jon never offered to get one. We finished paper work then and decided to go eat lunch and give the service department a chance to work on the vehicle. Upon return we noticed to car was not full and we ask Brad he said close enough. Also Brad did not show us any features on the car. He commented, your son can do everything for you. The paint job looks as though white out was put on it. It is not the same white that the vehicle was painted. More

Experiences at Diffee After having a stoke over 2 years ago, my wife wanted to try different cars to see if she could get in or even drive. Seat height was a real concern. After having a stoke over 2 years ago, my wife wanted to try different cars to see if she could get in or even drive. Seat height was a real concern. So after several dealerships and attempts to get her in. We decided it was time to try the MKX. Kathy had a 2008 model before and really liked it because it was just the right height to get in. The newer model is higher so more of a challenge to get in. We had dealings with Chandler when we bought a car several years ago so he was our go to guy. Others offered politely to help but Kathy wanted Chandler. So after successfully getting in the passeger side and later getting into the drivers seat, she took us for a spin around the parking lot. Ended up with a Ruby Red new MKX. All during the process Chandler was polite, informative, respectful. Any issues were taken car of. Having valet service was a big point because of the distance to the dealership, which is clean, modern and friendly staff. The final touch was the chocolate chip cookies that arrived later that week. Gd people and easy to work with and hassle free!!!! The dealership was recommended by a friend. So we gave it a try and after we talked to the salesman ( Richard) my friend refer, it was like I knew him The dealership was recommended by a friend. F Richard “Too Tall” Tucker was our sales person, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, courteous, didn’t try to sell us something we weren’t interested in. Finance office was knowledgeable and efficient. Received all my paper work within a couple of weeks. Made the purchasing part a breeze. Thanks to everyone at Diffee, especially Richard and Mark Cheatnut! Only thing I ask is that the vehicle weight be put on the title. I’m a buyer from TX and had to get my car weighed for registration. Service department did leave some glue residue on the bumper and some dirty back seats. More
