I came to Diffee Ford/Lincoln with certain "pre-conceived notions" of the car buying experience. I was prepared for your dealership to "low ball" me on my trade on the original offer. I was pleasantly surprised when the quoted figure for my trade-in was right in the ballpark of what the evaluation sites (NADA, KelleyBlueBook, Cars.com, etc.) said it's trade-in value was worth. I really appreciate that as a customer. I understand there is going to be some "wiggle room" in the pricing structure, thus the need for a little "horse trading". But a LOT of dealerships try to pad their profit margin by low-balling the trade-in value. I hate that. When I reach the dealership, I have done my research and I know what my trade is worth. By coming in with a allowance well below the actual value a dealership is insulting my intelligence and showing that they really aren't interested in building a relationship with me as a customer; now or in the future. I was impressed with our salesman, Robbie. As I was with everyone I dealt with in the purchase process. Thank you for the part you play in making Diffee such a great dealership. You have earned a friend. I have no doubt we will be doing business in the future and I will be happy to tell my buying experience and recommend Diffee to my friends. More

Casey and Jace went above and beyond in helping me find what I was looking for, I purchased a used truck from Diffee and had an excellent experience. Casey and Jace went above and beyond in helping me find what I was looking for, while providing one of the best car buying experiences I have had. They were patient, answered my phone calls, and any question that I had. I normally dislike going to dealerships, especially big ones, but they made my experience enjoyable. I will definitely contact them again when the time comes. More

Conner We just wanted to take the time to share our experience with the service we received at Diffee yesterday, 7/29/2014, from 5:45pm to 7:40pm. Conner Diffee, our sales associate, was pleasant, made all attempts to help us get what we wanted within our budget, and still have nice options on the vehicle. If he didn't know the answer he made sure to find someone that could answer our questions about towing capabilities, to my employers X-Plan. When I asked Conner to give us a couple of minutes to discuss things he never left us to wander around or was somewhere we couldn’t easily find him. He was attentive, and always smiling & friendly. Court Diffee introduced himself, as well as helped answer our questions about trade in and explain our options in detail to get the best deal. John in finance helped us research our financing options and get a better rate, 2.9%, than what we were pre-approved for prior to coming in. Which saved us 2.25% on our interest rate! Cody Diffee helped with our insurance needs and after I spoke with my State Farm agent today, 7/30/2014, Cody was able to save us $101.79 every 6 months. We had looked at 3 other dealerships, and none offered all the helpful information as Diffee. To my husband and I great customer service is an absolute must, and we appreciate the quality we received at Diffee in El Reno. Everyone went above and beyond from test driving, to purchase, to finance, to helping us cover our vehicle for the future. They did not push options on us, they showed us their price, what they could do, and then left the decision up to my husband and I. Best car buying experience, ever! I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, and this was by far the best! Casey was excellent and the entire process was very laid-back. I was having trouble deciding between two different cars and drove both of them several times. She was never pushy, even though I took several days, and she and Jace answered every question I had in comparison of the two vehicles. They refuse to service a vehicle that we bought through them with an extended warranty. Brandon told us knowing there are electrical issues to take it to a dealership 40 miles away. I found it odd we have them with an extended warranty. Brandon told us knowing there are electrical issues to take it to a dealership 40 miles away. I found it odd we have had them service the vehicle a few months ago and had to take it back in because the ac panel they fixed wasn't replaced properly and now they won't touch it. They offside themselves on service after you buy the vehicle. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. I am not the one. Our last 4 vehicles were purchased through them. Our next one will be through someone else. More
By far the worst experiance buying a car that I have ever had. Purchased a used car, on the 2nd day I purchased the car I had to bring it back because the service engine light came on, long story short, aft had. Purchased a used car, on the 2nd day I purchased the car I had to bring it back because the service engine light came on, long story short, after nearly 3 months of fights, and bringing my car back time after time, they finally admitted that the car they sold me had a 'worn out engine' My sales man lied to me completely about the condition the car was in. I had a constant fight on my hands with them trying to just 'wash their hands of me' I was without a car for 6 months before I finally refianced and bought another car for more money, I have had that car for less than 3 months now, and it is going in the shop with major issues. I would honestly say, you are better off taking your business ANYWHERE, other than here. Lane Diffee would not return my phone calls, my many voice mails, and any and all attempts to reach him to come to some sort of an agreement with me about what to do about the car his dealership sold me. This is a complete and total laughible business, I was treated horribly by everyone. Absoutly horrible. Every car I ever test drove from them had major issues, broken windows, check engine lights, there are far too many for me to list here. They say their cars go through a 'five star check point' I can only believe that is a total lie considering Lane Diffee himself sat and told me multiple cases where customers had purchased cars and had the same problem I had, the car being completely unable to be driven within weeks of purchase. He named one case, where the family couldn't even get the car home. It had broken down on them on their way home! I hope people stay away from this dealership, because now, I have years of a car payment I cannot get out of, and a car that barely runs, and this is the replacement car they sold me for the first one I purchased. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Please, unless you are a millionaire and have money to throw away on junk cars that look good, stay far, far away. More
