I came in for some routine maintenance on my 2019 MKZ as well as a couple unusual things. I could not get my map upgrade to work. I guess the main thing that I love about Diers is that they listen to me - to my concerns and they find solutions. Plus, EVERYONE is just so nice and upbeat. It is like visiting friends! To prove that point, when I have service, I wait in the lobby because they let me set up a remote office with coffee an water! It does not get any better than that! More

I had the brakes check out due to squeaking and the vehicle serviced. The brakes were fine.
