She was very friendly and made us feel comfortable about our vehicle. As we were going to the customer lounge William Gibson told us he would escort us. He was courteous and asked if we needed help with anything else. We told him we were interested in looking at a new Ranger if they had one in stock. They did and he brought it up front for us to look at. We visited then we took a test drive. We said we would think about it and that was O. K. We called the next day and arranged to meet him. It was the smoothest, no pressure vehicle trade we have ever made. More

Quick and painless process. About a week after my car was totaled in a collision I needed a car quick, one that would safely seat my family and would be reliable in winter. Out o About a week after my car was totaled in a collision I needed a car quick, one that would safely seat my family and would be reliable in winter. Out of nowhere I find a car I like using car gurus. Bam! I sent Dier’s Ford and Lincoln an email saying I’m interested in this car. Not even a minute later I get a call from none other than Josh Abraham from Dier’s telling me all the about the car and answered all my questions. A couple days late my family and I got to look at the car, fell in love with it and threw a down payment at it. Josh Abraham is a family man and was very relatable to us. Entertaining guy who wouldn’t try and get one over on you and sell you a dud. Before the loan even was processed Josh gave me the keys to my new vehicle and said, who gets to drive it home. We left satisfied, confident in our new vehicle that we got to take home before all the paperwork was fulfilled. Not only was it priced great, after I got the car inspected the mechanic said that my vehicle was in near perfect condition other then worn treads on the tire. From the first time until the problem was positively identified Diers service personnel have been focused on resolving the issue. Jan, Tyler, and Ryan worked to get me in quickly at a time that fit into a trip to Fremont that was already planned. It makes a difference when you have an hour and a half drive to get here! Parts were ordered for a permanent fix. While I was there they also found time to fully service my vehicle including tire rotation. Graham Fowler was familiar with the problem and was able to program the computer system for a temporary fix. The people at Diers are the best and are the reason I have bought my vehicles there for many years and taken them back anytime they need services. More
