Quick and Easy Purchase and Maintenance! I stumbled across my new dream family car at Diers Ford. We weren't expecting to purchase a car the night we went to test drive the Ford Flex they had I stumbled across my new dream family car at Diers Ford. We weren't expecting to purchase a car the night we went to test drive the Ford Flex they had, but it quickly turned to, "Oh, no we are totally buying this car today." Kirk Carpenter and David Lubker were our sales guys, and they did an amazing job. We have a newborn, and their patience with us as we soothed our baby made the car buying experience a lot smoother and stress free. We checked some of the mechanics before driving off the lot, and we found that the power lift gate wasn't functioning. You could tell it was trying, but it wouldn't move. They quickly scheduled an appointment for us to bring the car back in and figure out if they could fix it. Unfortunately, the motor was burned out and they had to order a new one. They had the part in hand the next day, and they installed it in about half an hour! Everyone at Diers was exceptionally nice to us. As both my husband an I had never bought a car at a dealership before, due to fear of negotiations, we are pretty confident that Diers has two new customers for life. And Kirk stinks a lot better than he says he does. :) More
