Quick and Easy Purchase and Maintenance! I stumbled across my new dream family car at Diers Ford. We weren't expecting to purchase a car the night we went to test drive the Ford Flex they had I stumbled across my new dream family car at Diers Ford. We weren't expecting to purchase a car the night we went to test drive the Ford Flex they had, but it quickly turned to, "Oh, no we are totally buying this car today." Kirk Carpenter and David Lubker were our sales guys, and they did an amazing job. We have a newborn, and their patience with us as we soothed our baby made the car buying experience a lot smoother and stress free. We checked some of the mechanics before driving off the lot, and we found that the power lift gate wasn't functioning. You could tell it was trying, but it wouldn't move. They quickly scheduled an appointment for us to bring the car back in and figure out if they could fix it. Unfortunately, the motor was burned out and they had to order a new one. They had the part in hand the next day, and they installed it in about half an hour! Everyone at Diers was exceptionally nice to us. As both my husband an I had never bought a car at a dealership before, due to fear of negotiations, we are pretty confident that Diers has two new customers for life. And Kirk stinks a lot better than he says he does. :) More

He was courteous and asked if we needed help with anything else. We told him we were interested in looking at a new Ranger if they had one in stock. They did and he brought it up front for us to look at. We visited then we took a test drive. We said we would think about it and that was O. K. We called the next day and arranged to meet him. Quick and painless process. About a week after my car was totaled in a collision I needed a car quick, one that would safely seat my family and would be reliable in winter. Out of nowhere I find a car I like using car gurus. Bam! I sent Dier’s Ford and Lincoln an email saying I’m interested in this car. Not even a minute later I get a call from none other than Josh Abraham from Dier’s telling me all the about the car and answered all my questions. A couple days late my family and I got to look at the car, fell in love with it and threw a down payment at it. Josh Abraham is a family man and was very relatable to us. Entertaining guy who wouldn’t try and get one over on you and sell you a dud. Before the loan even was processed Josh gave me the keys to my new vehicle and said, who gets to drive it home. We left satisfied, confident in our new vehicle that we got to take home before all the paperwork was fulfilled. Not only was it priced great, after I got the car inspected the mechanic said that my vehicle was in near perfect condition other then worn treads on the tire. From the first time until the problem was positively identified Diers service personnel have been focused on resolving the issue. Jan, Tyler, and Ryan worked to get me in quickly at a time that fit into a trip to Fremont that was already planned. It makes a difference when you have an hour and a half drive to get here! Parts were ordered for a permanent fix. While I was there they also found time to fully service my vehicle including tire rotation. Graham Fowler was familiar with the problem and was able to program the computer system for a temporary fix. The people at Diers are the best and are the reason I have bought my vehicles there for many years and taken them back anytime they need services. More
