On her computer, she selected a few options in the Diers lot whose features fit my list of criteria. We narrowed down the choices. Then she took me to the lot for a closer look. Stephanie patiently answered all my questions, including making quick searches of the Internet to provide more details. She arranged a test drive and demonstrated several unfamiliar features on the car. After my visit, she called me to see if I had any more questions or needed any more help. While I did not end up buying a car from Stephanie on this occasion, she made a lifelong customer of me by being unfailingly positive and pleasant, especially when I called to say I had made a decision to go a different direction.
