Great local dealership that I’ve used exclusively for all my RAM maintenance. I do feel though that things are slipping just a little. I’ve given Diehl two 5-star reviews in the past but I’m regretfully givi my RAM maintenance. I do feel though that things are slipping just a little. I’ve given Diehl two 5-star reviews in the past but I’m regretfully giving them 3 this go round and I feel that’s generous. Services performed included oil change, tire rotation, inspection and emissions. Diehl was the last to service my brakes and I asked them to check the emergency brake because they would have the tires off. It had felt “off” since they changed the brakes in ‘22. The service advisor frustratingly let me know they would if they had time but were extremely busy, even though the tires would be off for the rotation. Red flag #1. Next, the SA called me to let me know yes, in order to inspect it, the emergency brake would need adjusted and they were happy to do it for $179 which to me is just absurd for such a simple adjustment, and they already had the tires off for rotation. Red flag #2. Finally, when I picked up my truck and I got down the road, I noticed my TPMS light was on due to both my front tires being under inflated. The warning said they should both be at 55psi. Front left was 46 and front right was 48. This is unacceptable under any circumstances. Red flag #3 Look, I don’t expect a red carpet or special treatment, but I do expect the service of my vehicle to be excellent. I tow a camper with this truck. I drive my family around in this truck. I expect more from the people who service my truck. I want to feel confident that the work on my truck is of the best quality and right now, I do not feel this service department is performing as it should and I don’t have much confidence in the work performed this go round.
