Usually a good experience but the visit on the 19th was very frustrating. Techs couldn't find a problem. They reset everything and said to "come back if it happens again". It happened on the way home. I wi very frustrating. Techs couldn't find a problem. They reset everything and said to "come back if it happens again". It happened on the way home. I will have to make another appointment. Also, a "quiet room" or maybe a separate family waiting room would be great. I (and other customers, the waiting room was packed) had to listen to 3 preschoolers crying, squealing, and having tantrums for 2 hours. More
