Before we went to Waikem Subaru we had done a lot of research and talked to many dealers in our area about purchasing a Subaru. Since we were purchasing for me I decided on the Forester while my husban research and talked to many dealers in our area about purchasing a Subaru. Since we were purchasing for me I decided on the Forester while my husband had the more difficult role of making the deal - one which is not particularly fun to do. Not a single dealer in our area seemed as honest or were as easy to talk with than these gentlemen at Waikem - and my husband talked with all of them. Most are just plain impossible to deal with. This is why we ended up purchasing our Subaru from Waikem which is more than an hour from where we live. Both Bob Russell and Rick Spieth seemed down to earth, knowledgeable, never pushy and were very thorough. They made the whole buying process extremely easy. Both my husband and I felt very comfortable with them and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Love my new Subaru! More

I just purchased my first Subaru - and I doubt it will be my last. I love it! Rick Spieth, my salesman, was so helpful in informing my husband and I about the Forester and Outback. He arranged for us to test my last. I love it! Rick Spieth, my salesman, was so helpful in informing my husband and I about the Forester and Outback. He arranged for us to test drive both vehicles, and even offered to have a Honda CR-V on the lot, if I wanted to compare. By the time we were done test driving, my husband and I both decided test driving the Honda would not be necessary. It was just a matter of deciding Forester or Outback. After leaving the dealership that day, I did a lot of research which solidified my choice to go with a Subaru. After Christmas, my sons and I returned to again test drive both models. In the end I decided to go with the Outback. Rick is a great salesman. Very professional and he was not high pressure (which I liked). He obviously knows a lot about Subarus. I truly appreciated his efforts in finding just the car I wanted: a Ruby Red Outback premium with All weather package (I love those heated seats!). When I took delivery of the car, Rick spent a lot of time going over every detail, knob, and button so I would feel comfortable operating the car before I left the dealership. I appreciated the excellent customer service and respect that was given to me by Rick and others at the dealership during this car buying experience. I already have told many friends and family members of my positive experience at Waikem Subaru and particularly with Rick Spieth. More
So I was told to go and test drive a Subaru by my boyfriend. The previous week I went to test drive a Nissan I was not impressed with the service nor the car. The next day I went to Waikem Subaru a boyfriend. The previous week I went to test drive a Nissan I was not impressed with the service nor the car. The next day I went to Waikem Subaru and Pat B approached me asked me every single detail or what I was looking for that day! Not only did he show me multiple Foresters but he set me up with the one that he felt most would fit my needs. He welcomed me inside their building so he could retreive the vehicle to take a look! I WAS SOOO IMPRESSED!!!! Pat showed me every detail of the car including spare tire, oil filter, how every single window, door, and mirror worked! That was before even taking the test drive. While on the test drive I could tell he was very confident witht he car because he took me on a test drive which included school zones, back roads, main streets and the highway to show me how well the car could accelerate! Before taking me back to the lot he took me to a school and had me do 360 turns to show me the turning radius! That was a huge plus, I thought it was a crazy idea but I was thankful he took the time to let me do that and back into a parking spot so I could check for any blind spots! While returning to the dealership I was introduced to the sales manager Bob Russell, who also asked if I had any questions (Nissan did none of these) I felt so much at home and comfortable that I am pretty sure Pat and I got off topic sometimes with the chit-chat! I am glad that I could feel at home. After leaving for a couple hours thinking about the offer I was made on the vehicle, I returned with my father and Pat yet again showed my dad every nook, Which I was glad to see the consistency! At that moment I gave Pat my decision of making my first Subaru purchase! Pat, Bob and the financial group had me set up and ready to go in a fairly quick manner even though they were extremely busy and that I was back within 5 hours with a quick decision! Upon leaving Pat went through anything and everything else dealing with my new Subaru Forester making sure I was fully comfortable before leaving which included syncing my phone to the bluetooth!(I would have not figured it out otherwise). Since then Pat has checked up on me to see how I am doing with my car and if there is anything else I needed help with or questions! Therefore, I have mentioned Waikem Subaru to many of my clients which have included Pat's name as a referral since I have never felt so welcomed into a company as I had felt during the purchase of my car! Thank you again Pat and Bob for making my purchase possible and am so glad that I chose Subaru and the Staff and Waikem! More
