A big thanks to Rick Spieth & Adrian Waikem After years of admiring them from afar we finally purchased our first Subaru - a 2017 Forester. Our months of research pointed to a Subaru as being T After years of admiring them from afar we finally purchased our first Subaru - a 2017 Forester. Our months of research pointed to a Subaru as being THE best choice for an AWD vehicle. Sales person Rick Spieth did a wonderful job of explaining existing as well as recent advances in Subaru technology and how it all benefits the owner(s). After a test drive I quickly discovered at 6'6" more head (no moon roof please!) and leg room than any other competitors vehicle. After receiving a fair trade in value for a 2003 Highlander our decision to purchase a new Forester was relatively easy, well, except for the interior/exterior colors but hey, that didn't take all that long to decide on. The only question now was which financing avenue to utilize - enter Finance Manager Adrian Waikem whose causal and non-aggressive approach mirrored that of Rick Spieth. This Waikem team was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and we look forward to many years of reliability and enjoyment from the Forester. A future purchase of a second Subaru is a safe bet and we highly recommend Wiakem to any and all looking for a new Subaru vehicle. More

I first met Brian at the end of August 2016 when I tried to get out of my car early but eventually decided to wait. I read a lot of good reviews about Waikem Subaru & decided to drive an hour away from Cleveland area to give it a try as I never cared for the way I was treated at the dealership locally where I got my 1st Subaru and never wanted to go back there again. So I came back a half a year later to make a deal with Brian because of the level of comfort I encountered when working with Brian previously. His no-pressure, non-aggressive and casual approach makes customers feel important and cared for as well as his willingness to follow up and knowing the fine line in customer interaction. I am just one of those people who pay attention to things like that, so it was not just a good deal in numbers, but the way I was dealt with as a customer that wanted me to drive back to Waikem again because Brian totally earned this deal and me as a customer!
