Erik was knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions, getting the paper work taken care of quickly, and working with our lender (USAA) so we could drive the car home that same day. He did not push us toward a certain car or model but rather helped in the decision making process when asked to do so, this was very refreshing after working with pushy dealerships in the past. Erik also went above and beyond in showing us how to use all the features of our new car and making sure it was in perfect condition before we drove it home. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend working with Erik and Waikem Subaru! More

Not wishing summer away but can not wait to try it in the snow! Erik was our salesman and he was awesome, very patient. Especially our first visit knowing we were not ready to purchase just yet. But he himself owned a Subaru and knew we would be back, LOL.
