Extremely knowledgable, friendly, laid back and zero pressure. He showed us the Crosstreks available at the time and went over all the features and accessories available. Once we decided on the one we wanted, color and options, he put an order in. They were able to find our car sooner than expected and communicated with us the whole way. They gave us a very fair deal on our trade-in. Did not nitpick the car and took in consideration the upkeep and condition, and rewarded us fairly. We could not be there to pick the car up together, so Rick took the time to go over the car with me in detail, and then aging in great detail when the wife picked it up! Wife says at the closing, there was no pressure for all the extra add ons, but all options were explained. Great service from start to end. More

Couldn't be happier. Brian and the management staff helped us get out of our current vehicle and into a brand new SUV with minimal negative equity. We went from a 2010 car to a 2017 SUV for only $50 more a month. This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. First spoke to Brian 4 months ago and he was not pushy at all. He waited until we were ready and it was just nice having someone looking out for your own best interest where many dealerships don't. At Waikem they show you the numbers. They show you everything your paying and there is no hidden fees or surprises when you go to sign the paperwork. I will stick with Brian from here on out for my family's auto needs. More

Easiest car purchase ever! After spending several weekends test driving different vehicles, my daughter and I decided on the Subaru crosstrek.
