He was able to answer my questions to my satisfaction. He even offered to answer my questions if i ran into any problems after i purchased the car. This was a wonderful experience!! I accompanied my 85 year old mother to Waikem Subaru to help her purchase a new Subaru that would have all the new safety features. We were fortunate enough to be able to be assisted by Erik Bettinger. He was extremely helpful and his customer service and attentiveness was exceptional. He was very patient and helpful with my mother, and he did his best to make her feel comfortable and safe. Because of Erik, buying a new car for my mother was a positive experience for both of us and we are both very grateful for that. He went above and beyond, and I will recommend him and the dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a new car. We had to drive over about an hour or so to get to the dealership from Chargin Falls, but it was well worth it!!! Thank you!!!!! More
Great experience I was not looking forward to looking for a new car when I was on the Internet to look for Kia and Subaru which I found in Consumer Reports as cars I w I was not looking forward to looking for a new car when I was on the Internet to look for Kia and Subaru which I found in Consumer Reports as cars I was interested in. The next day I received a call from Olivia Gehring offering to help me in my search for the right car. (That had ever happened to me before) At her suggestion I went to the appropriate showrooms and at Subaru met with Rick Spieth who showed me the cars I had in mind. I explained to Rick that I needed a car that a wheelchair could fit into and he and I found that that is a problem with some of today's cars. Rick and I even took the wheelchair around to various cars and found some that would fit. I then threw Rick another curve when I put a $ amount on the deal. He was great to work with. I have visited Rick three times regarding this matter. I also visited the Kia showroom and met with Brian Harris and explained to him the same conditions I did with Rick. Brian also spent a great amount of time showing me their models. I was surprised when the 'Soul' could not fit the wheelchair without losing seating. Brian also worked with me taking the wheelchair around to different cards and is still recommending some to me. He had the same issues that I requires for a sale and was very patient and very knowledgeable on the cars. Olivia has contacted to call me to see if I am receiving the treatment and service I need. I have a decision in mind and will be buying a car from Waikem in the next week or so. I have nothing but respect for your team Rick, Brian and Olivia. I am sorry that I can not be buying a car from each of your fine salesman. More

I had planned on driving an hour north to avoid a bad experience. Fortunately, I chose to visit Waikem Subaru. The salesperson was very helpful and did not put pressure on to buy. He explained his test drives took a little under 30 minutes to make sure I was happy with the car rather than have buyer's remorse. The experienced salesman, along with the experienced financial person was very smooth. They gave me more for my vehicle than I expected and kept my payments where they had previously been on a used vehicle I had been driving. I cannot say enough about this experience. It was the best and I have been buying cars for over 40 years now. More

More then expected Went to Waikem Subaru to test drive a used vehicle I had been looking for. Got there just before closing, with no plans of taking it home that day. Bob, Rick Ballas, and Adrian went way above the call of duty and stayed for over an hour past closing to save me a two and half hour drive back to pick it up, they went above all expectations. What a pleasure to deal with Waikem. I will be recommending Waikem to anyone I deal with. Thanks for all the help. Marvin P. More
