Our second Waikem car! I had my first Waikem Subraru Forester four wheel drive vehicle for over eight years and had 175,000 miles on it. Although the wonderful service staff at Waikem told me the car was in excellent condition (thanks to their expertise), my husband and I still felt it was time to look for a new car. I never considered any other dealership than Waikem. Dan Auman met us right away at the door. He sat down with us, listened patiently to our vision, asked pertinent questions, and right away showed us a car that I immediately loved. At our request, he agreed to look around for another model. He did find another model, but of course, I bought the first car he showed us. Dan took the time to answer questions about financing, procedures for getting the title, etc.. After purchasing the car, he showed me how to work the different controls and made sure I was comfortable with everything before driving off the lot. We had a great experience all the way around purchasing my new car! More
