Two new cars in one day! It's often nerve wracking when you have to replace one car, let alone two at the same time. Both car owners in our household were in desperate need of It's often nerve wracking when you have to replace one car, let alone two at the same time. Both car owners in our household were in desperate need of two dependable cars. Neither one of us had ever owned a Subaru, but after a lot of research we landed on a Crosstrek for one of the two vehicles and were undecided on what we wanted for the other car. We walked into the dealership and Terry Prater was working. He walked us through the entire process and was very knowledgeable without being pushy at all. We walked out of the dealership entirely satisfied knowing we had two reliable cars that would last us for a decade or so to come. More

Well, I am here to say that Dan Auman/Waikem Subaru (and a little help from my husband) changed that! I was struggling between a Honda Pilot and a Subaru Ascent as I wanted more room for the grandkids. Dan was very patient with me, no pressure at all while I made my decision.. obviously, I went with the Ascent and couldn’t be happier. I wanted specifics on my car so it was ordered, again no pressure from Dan to settle for something different. When my car came in, Dan very patiently and thoroughly went over the entire vehicle with me. I must say here that I was turning in a 2017 Forester that was purchased from another Subaru dealer, but I learned so much more from Dan! Bottom line, I would highly recommend Waikem Subaru, especially Dan Auman. Love, love, love my new Ascent ?? More

Excellent car buying experience Waikem Subaru is a smaller car dealership but they are great to work with. The salesman Rich Spieth was very informative and thorough. My first test drive was about 40-45 minutes long on highway and back roads. Rick went over all the safety and convenience features of the vehicle that I was interested in. Unfortunately the model, features and color that I wanted was not available anywhere in the area so we had to order one made for me from Subaru. Rick kept me updated as I impatiently waited for my new vehicle. Upon arrival Rick notified me, we set up an appointment and again went for a very long test drive to go over all the features. He also took the time to go over a lot of the equipment, features and safety standards in the owners manuals. He set up our phones for the hands free system and showed us how to use the Sirius Radio . He got me started with the Starlink APP for remote start and the Starlink for emergency roadside assistance. Being that this is my first vehicle with all the connectivity and cameras in it I needed a little extra time to absorb all of it but Rick was very patient with me. In two weeks I have an appointment to go back to Waikem Subaru to go over anything that I might have questions about or need more information. This has been the best car buying experience and I highly recommend Waikem Subaru. More
