best customer service I wanted a Subaru Outback given the record of dependability and the need to drive in bad conditions. It was not easy to find exactly what I wanted, bu I wanted a Subaru Outback given the record of dependability and the need to drive in bad conditions. It was not easy to find exactly what I wanted, but Waikem was able figure it out. I worked with Eric Bettinger, and he was endlessly patient as I test drove a variety of vehicles. There were no "hard sell" techniques. Once I decided, he went through all of the features that were included in the car, and efficiently guided me through the purchase process. He then followed up to see if I had any problems or issues. He was fantastic. And I am very happy with my car! More

The staff at both Waikem dealerships are polite , knowledgeable and well trained in customer service. Price was a factor and the Crosstrek had most of what we wanted in a new vehicle at our budget. The staff was incredible from the first time we walked through the door and considering our lack of immediate decisiveness extremely patient. We closed on our lease today and are very happy with our decision. In addition I would only use the dealership for service. More
