Had a great experience at Waikem Subaru in Massillon, this is our second Subaru from them, first was a 2018 Forester and last week we got a 2019 cross Had a great experience at Waikem Subaru in Massillon, this is our second Subaru from them, first was a 2018 Forester and last week we got a 2019 crosstrek. The salesmen Rick Spieth and Marc Douglas are a real pleasure to work with and their no pressure approach is something we really liked. They are willing to work with your budget and not push you into something you don't want or cant afford like a lot of other dealers. the test drives are great and really let you see what the car is like in real world driving conditions. and they always take the time to show you all the little neat things the car can do, after the sale they spend a ton of time if you want, to show you in detail how to set up everything like your phone integration, your online accounts for star link and the Subaru apps. I am looking forward to next year when we trade in the wife's Forester and get the new model with the latest upgrades. the buying process is very easy and only takes about 1.5 hrs from the time you say lets do it till driving home in your new car, they make it very easy and always work to make you happy here. Also the fact Subaru gives a donation to a charity (4 or so to choose from like ASPCA or National parks to name a couple) is really cool and Waikem matched the Subaru donation we chose to make to the local Perry helping Perry org was just really outstanding.
