My sales consultant, Rick Spieth, was very patient and helpful with me. There was literally NO pressure. I had researched and done "pricing" through various places online and Rick was more than willing to do and find the vehicle (Ascent) that I wanted. Rick is very knowledgeable of the Subaru's. He knows what features are available with certain packages and was able to help me get what I was looking for without breaking the bank. He even had the vehicle brought in from another dealership, due to the color that I wanted. The test drive was fun. He let me see what the vehicle is capable of, all the while explaining and allowing me to experience all of the various safety and comfort features of the car. The day my wife and I drove home with our new Ascent, once again NO sales pressure. Jessica (financing) was excellent to work with, very nice, polite, and professional. Rick was very helpful with once again showing, explaining, and setting up the various settings on our new Subaru. He helped us setup our Starlink and MySubaru accounts and showed us the various features available to us through the apps on our new SUV and made sure everything was working. He also got our first routine maintenance scheduled. Overall, my experience with Waikem Subaru, Rick Spieth, and the other employees was outstanding!
