Diehl Subaru

I went to Waikem Subaru to look. I had read that they were one of the safest cars to drive, and at my older age, this was important. I also wanted a car that I could see out of without having to sit were one of the safest cars to drive, and at my older age, this was important. I explained to the salesman, Rick Spieth, an idea of what I wanted and he had me drive two different versions of the Subaru. There was no salesman pressure. I decided on the car, and then the features I wanted. My car was in transit, and as soon as it was available, I went to pick it up. Rick made sure that I understood the features of the car. He went over all the settings and made sure they were set where I wanted. He even offered to come to my house and set my garage door opener if my husband or I couldn’t get it set. All the staff at Waikem were friendly and knowledgeable. They even set me up an appointment to return to re-review all the features in a couple of weeks. Most dealers would just say thank you, take my money, shake my hand, and send me on the way. Not Waikem Subaru, And not Rick Spieth. I am totally impressed and will recommend him, and Waikem Subaru, to any of my friends Interested in an excellent, very safe, car. More

Their attention to detail makes for excellent customer service. Craig was also great to work with. He helped me (with my husband on speaker) make some final decisions on warranties and I felt 100% confident after meeting with him.
