We decided to think about a purchase and returned to the lot several days later and settled on a purchase, we love the car and the whole buying experience was so enjoyable. We recently moved from Wooster to Olmsted Falls but decided to continue to work with Eric at the Massillon dealership. He always takes the time to thoroughly explain the financial process and the nuances of the vehicles we have purchased. I was contemplating several different makes and just wasn’t sure which direction I was going. But, I had previously had 2 other Subarus in the past and was very happy with them. So when I stopped at Waikem Subaru, I had a very pleasant experience. My salesman, Dan Auman, was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful and answered any questions that I had. He was very patient and willing to go above and beyond in making the buying process go as smoothly as possible. I also dealt with Jessica Potts, who was a whiz with the paperwork. So glad she knew exactly what she was doing. Made the paperwork much easier to understand. I have only had it a few days, but I am confident that I am going to love my Outback. Two new cars in one day! It's often nerve wracking when you have to replace one car, let alone two at the same time. Both car owners in our household were in desperate need of It's often nerve wracking when you have to replace one car, let alone two at the same time. Both car owners in our household were in desperate need of two dependable cars. Neither one of us had ever owned a Subaru, but after a lot of research we landed on a Crosstrek for one of the two vehicles and were undecided on what we wanted for the other car. We walked into the dealership and Terry Prater was working. He walked us through the entire process and was very knowledgeable without being pushy at all. We walked out of the dealership entirely satisfied knowing we had two reliable cars that would last us for a decade or so to come. More

Love my Ascent ❤️ Let me start off by saying that even though I love new cars, the car buying process is one I have always dreaded. Well, I am here to say that Dan Aum Let me start off by saying that even though I love new cars, the car buying process is one I have always dreaded. Well, I am here to say that Dan Auman/Waikem Subaru (and a little help from my husband) changed that! I was struggling between a Honda Pilot and a Subaru Ascent as I wanted more room for the grandkids. Dan was very patient with me, no pressure at all while I made my decision.. obviously, I went with the Ascent and couldn’t be happier. I wanted specifics on my car so it was ordered, again no pressure from Dan to settle for something different. When my car came in, Dan very patiently and thoroughly went over the entire vehicle with me. I must say here that I was turning in a 2017 Forester that was purchased from another Subaru dealer, but I learned so much more from Dan! Bottom line, I would highly recommend Waikem Subaru, especially Dan Auman. Love, love, love my new Ascent ?? More
