We waited a very long time for all of the process steps when we had an appointment and everything completed ahead of time. The vehicle could not be pulled into the dealership to go over it and it was bitt when we had an appointment and everything completed ahead of time. The vehicle could not be pulled into the dealership to go over it and it was bitterly cold outside. No one spoke to us except the sales person and finance person. I would expect the sales manager or GM to welcome and thank us for our business. I purchased another new vehicle from a completely different dealership and the experience was very different, in a good way. More
