I couldn’t be more impressed with the process of buying my Crosstrek from Diehl Subaru! Tim Smith, who did my financing was amazing as well, and also stayed late to help me get the best interest rate, and to understand which warranty would work best for me, without making me feel like he was “selling” me something I didn’t want or need.
