I paid $176 (after Taxes) for detailing on my "new to me" Honda Fit sport... I had spoke to the service manager Ryan before my appointment and was very clear I wanted inside AND outside washed and detailed.. Honda Fit sport... I had spoke to the service manager Ryan before my appointment and was very clear I wanted inside AND outside washed and detailed.... they never even wiped the outside with a towel or drop of water and the runners inside my doors on my WHITE car were still filthy black... when I pointed out these issues, Ryan handed me a few free "basic" carwash coupons to a nearby car wash.... I was appalled that he felt the completely inadequate job done was acceptable! My car "smells" clean but even the inside that was actually "detailed" left me feeling disappointed... I think a wet towel with soap could have done better on the inside of my doors!! AFTER I restated numerous times how upset I was, Ryan told me to come back in next week... I am PRAYING they'll get it made right on their second try!! 🙏 Very disappointed 😞 More

Diehl is a mess, I didn't even deal with the sales department and actually was there for Hyundai service. I have no idea who Olivia Gehring is so why am I forced to rate her? I came in for an oil chan department and actually was there for Hyundai service. I have no idea who Olivia Gehring is so why am I forced to rate her? I came in for an oil change and 4 spark plugs, the bill was almost 400.00. So I guess It's pretty self-explanatory to my rating. I have also had issues with your Ford dealer. My truck sat there for 2 months and I had to pick it up and drive it to another dealer 45 minutes away to get service. That dealer got the truck in the next day and ordered parts. I don't plan on coming back. I guess the 200 k I spent in new trucks since 2020 isn't enough money to be concerned about my business. More

Our experience was pretty bad. We already had a deal, but not enough people were working in finance so we had to wait three and a half hours. The salesperson, although friendly, didn’t even go over the car with us?! I think he forgot in the midst of waiting and he just wanted to leave himself. The finance guy was rude and we were told we were his first customer at this dealership! We understand there’s a learning curve, but he continually acted like we were the problem every time we had a question. We had to ask for someone else to go over the price, etc., and then he forgot to ask us for the down payment (my husband reminded him)!! Anyway, despite a great car and good deal I would not shop at nor recommend this dealership. More
