Justice was very very helpful and quick. Waiting room was not too comfortable it was too hot. This is the 3rd motor for my awful 2017 Kia sportage that I know of. Service initially gave a finished date which was nowhere near the almost 3 months they kept my car. Service also told me I would have to I know of. Service initially gave a finished date which was nowhere near the almost 3 months they kept my car. Service also told me I would have to pay $150 for them having to work on my car, so this didn't sit well with me. This was all KIA warranty work and they have no right to ask for money from me. I will NEVER go back to Diehl again!!!!! AWFUL experience and I will NEVER buy another KIA. I am telling anyone and everyone what happened to me and this vehicle so hopefully KIA will no longer exist. By the way, I couldn't submit this review until I rated a Sales person.... that I NEVER had contact with. I sure hope Diehl can some day get their xxxx together. More
