I gave Diehl Kia the car I wanted and they said they could get it sourced in. They gave me 500 dollars less than I wanted for my trade but said they would take 500 off the price of the new car. They gav could get it sourced in. They gave me 500 dollars less than I wanted for my trade but said they would take 500 off the price of the new car. They gave me a Telluride that was 500 dollars less than the one I wanted without telling me and on the PO they added 500 to the price because of “invoicing was different”. Acted surprised when I pointed it out and didn’t want to honor their 500 of the price of the vehicle they got me. Very shady and deceptive. I could only imagine how many people get ripped off by this shady dealership. I had to fight for them to make it right. The vehicle they sold me didn’t have a tow hitch which was why it was 575 dollars cheaper.They tried to say they could put a tow hitch on it for double the price at 1,118 dollars. More
