They Make Car Shopping Enjoyable After a couple of weeks searching on line for used vehicles, I decided that Taylor Kia of Hermitage would be the best place to take my Mother shopping After a couple of weeks searching on line for used vehicles, I decided that Taylor Kia of Hermitage would be the best place to take my Mother shopping for her next car. The website impressed me right off the bat. I was looking to get a good car for a good price for my mom, and the Taylor Kia's website actually rates the deals for each individual vehicle right up front, (good deal, great deal, etc..), which seemed like a really honest way of doing business and saved me a lot of extra research. Also they had the best used car inventory for what I was looking for, a small SUV. Our Sales person was Dave Bauer. Dave showed us four or five cars and I felt all the while that he was entirely supportive and considerate and focused on our needs, and not just for the sake of selling a car. He was very patient and made it a warm, friendly, stress-free, pressure-free experience for us. I was not expecting that from a car dealership. We ended up buying a Kia Sportage and it has been a wonderful car for my mother. There were some minor issues with the car and Dave followed up diligently in the weeks that followed to make sure everything was taken care of. I took the car in for minor service and I was really impressed with the Service Department as well. Once again they were warm, patient, friendly, and absolutely focused on creating a pleasant atmosphere. This is a newer dealership and the waiting area was really nice, clean, and comfortable. I've been in and out of quite a few car dealerships throughout my life, and this was simply the best experience I can recall. There are many dealerships closer to where I live, but I will happily drive the extra miles to Taylor of Hermitage next time I'm in the market for a car. More

Being very skeptical of car dealers I told wife at first sign of high pressure sales I'd nod to the door and we'd leave. Was I surprised. Mick introduced himself and offered answers to all questions. What he couldn't answer he found the answer. Introduced us to the Sales Manager, who is a experienced and knowledgeable professional. Talk about low pressure. We left the dealership with no "this deal is only good if you buy now" or "this vehicle will likely be gone tomorrow" The wife was in love with the car after the test drive. I went back without her to buy the car and suprise her. I was told I could take the car home and come back and if it didn't work out for us it would be OK we didn't have to buy. That's not the way it was 20-30 years ago. Either this dealer and Mick are exceptional or the car buying experience has really changed. Ask for Mick. More
