Jesse and Brian were great. However the service department is a bit to be desired. Car was dirty inside and had paint on exterior. We had to get them to remove the white paint However the service department is a bit to be desired. Car was dirty inside and had paint on exterior. We had to get them to remove the white paint on the car. We return to complete the Zurich protection package. After waiting over 3 hours for detail and protectant application, interior was still dirty. Not sure how protectant was applied to dirty interior… Still awaiting an appointment for detail. More

A tech found a mysterious rattle in driving in for 5 minutes and decided I needed a part repair over 500$. Took my car to another mechanic who said the repair was unnecessary and that the stabilizer lin minutes and decided I needed a part repair over 500$. Took my car to another mechanic who said the repair was unnecessary and that the stabilizer links the dealership said were broken/loose were in fact perfectly intact. Charged me 100$ for an oil change the same day... Will not be taking my vehicle back. More
