I was told from my dealership which is mears nissan that the issue with my car would be covered by hyundai warranty. So i took my car in on a wednesday to dhiels hyundai and scheduled a diagnosis for the fr the issue with my car would be covered by hyundai warranty. So i took my car in on a wednesday to dhiels hyundai and scheduled a diagnosis for the friday two days later. I got a call on thursday morning saying that they cant do anything for me because they drove it and dont hear a certain sound that matches up with the description of my issue. Which i was very confused because they didnt even do the diagnosis. Im upset because i had to pay 85$ for a rental that i only drove home and back to the dealership in the am. And my problem wasnt fixed let alone even diagnosed. More

I didn’t like that I had to come in a second time because car ended up being worse than before I first took it in but the situation was much better after second time. My salesperson, Avery was polite, professional and no pressure. We drove 4-5 vehicles. Answered all questions & when she offered any packages if I said no she dropped it.
