They don’t communicate well. No follow up. I had to contact, just to find out someone on vacation. Then got the run around with the part for my car and when it would be ready. Al No follow up. Technician may have been overwhelmed with amount of work. It took 2 and half hours to change oil, rotate tire, and check multiple vehicle inspection. The worse thing was the lug nuts were not tightened co It took 2 and half hours to change oil, rotate tire, and check multiple vehicle inspection. The worse thing was the lug nuts were not tightened correctly causing wheels to make thumbing noise. Vehicle was returned to garage and corrections were made. I was told from my dealership which is mears nissan that the issue with my car would be covered by hyundai warranty. So i took my car in on a wednesday to dhiels hyundai and scheduled a diagnosis for the fr the issue with my car would be covered by hyundai warranty. So i took my car in on a wednesday to dhiels hyundai and scheduled a diagnosis for the friday two days later. I got a call on thursday morning saying that they cant do anything for me because they drove it and dont hear a certain sound that matches up with the description of my issue. Which i was very confused because they didnt even do the diagnosis. Im upset because i had to pay 85$ for a rental that i only drove home and back to the dealership in the am. And my problem wasnt fixed let alone even diagnosed. More
