Excellent customer service I have had my sonata for 6 weeks. Terry Warren was my sales person. She knew exactly what I wanted and needed and helped me walk away that night wit I have had my sonata for 6 weeks. Terry Warren was my sales person. She knew exactly what I wanted and needed and helped me walk away that night with my dream car. She has checked with me to make sure everything is ok since. She has made sure I knew she was just a phone call away. I had an unexpected problem with my car. I took it into service and she really stepped up to the plate again and made sure I was taken care of with no inconvenience to me. I left tonight feeling like my concerns and I are very important. This is the best service I have ever had and I couldn't be more happy. I would send anybody to Waikem and to see Terry in a heartbeat. Thanks Terry for all you do!! More
